? Ticket sales for the 2011 Monster Energy Grand Prix of the United States will open March 1, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. (PST).
? There will be one-day tickets for Sunday only ($50) or a four-day ticket ($70) that includes the World Amateur Championships, Saturday USGP qualifying and Sunday’s Grand Prix.

? All pre-sale tickets will include a free pit pass (good for all day?not just 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon). For those who buy their tickets at the gate, they can purchase a pit pass for $50 (Saturday/Sunday) or $30 (Sunday only). It makes sense to pre-order your tickets to get the free pit pass.

? VIP ticket packages are available with exclusive access to the two-story mechanics area, a catered lunch and much more…

? Overnight camping reservations will open on March 1, 2011.

MORE DETAILS: Glen Helen Raceway, America’s playground in Southern California, has announced that pre-sale tickets for the 2011 Monster Energy Grand Prix of the United States on May 14th-15th will be available for purchase online beginning Tuesday, March 1, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. (PST). Both single-day and four-day passes will be available, with free pit passes included in the price of every pre-sold general admission ticket.

Pre-Sale Sunday only tickets (with free pit pass) will also be available at participating Yamaha dealers in April.

Pre-Sale Sunday-only passes are $50 (children 6-12 are $25 and children under 6 are free). Pre-Sale Four-day admission will be available for $70 (children 6-12 are $35 and children under 6 are free). All pre-sold tickets will include a free pit pass. Ticket purchased at the gate will not include a free pit pass, but pit passes can be purchased separately ($50 for Saturday and Sunday pit passes or $30 for Sunday only pit passes.

On Thursday, May 12 and Friday, May 13, the first-ever World Amateur Championship will be held. It is the first time in history that an amateur race open to riders of all ages and skills has been combined with a Grand Prix. It will be held on the exact same USGP track that will be used on Saturday and Sunday by the pro’s.

VIP TICKETS: There are two VIP ticket packages being offered to fans looking for the ultimate Grand Prix experience.

(1) The Holeshot Club: The Holeshot Club VIP package includes a four-day adult pass, event program, catered lunch, free pit pass, VIP parking, access to the two-story mechanics area, a guided tour of the pro teams by four-time 250 National Champion Gary Jones, grandstand seating, a 2011 Monster Energy Grand Prix of the United States T-shirt, and a Troy Lee-designed USGP event poster.

(2) Super Fan VIP: The Super Fan VIP package includes all of the Holeshot Club VIP package benefits, plus a ticket to the Las Vegas Supercross on May 7, and priority room rates at South Point Resort and Casino in Las Vegas and the Hilton Inn of San Bernardino.

Holeshot Club packages will be available for $400, while Super Fan packages will be offered for $600.

CAMPING: Overnight camping reservations for the Grand Prix weekend will open on beginning March 1, 2011. Camping areas are 12’x10′ and offer visitors complete immersion in the Grand Prix experience. A limited number of VIP camping areas and concrete RV pads will also be on auction. Reservations will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserve your spot early!
