RON LECHIEN
MAXIMA LUBRICANTS OWNER

STARTING POINT: “Professional racer was the only job I ever had, so it took me a while to get a grasp on being responsible when I first started working at Maxima. It feels good. The structure is something I needed back in the day.”

THE JOB: “I spend my time doing rider support, sports marketing and track support. I also like to help out in the warehouse and shipping department to get a feel for what’s going on out there. Rider support is a good fit for me. I came up through the amateur ranks and know how it is. I don’t like being stuck at a desk all day, so when I get done with my day-to-day work I often go out to the warehouse. Some of my best memories are working with my dad when he was still there and being a part of the shop with him.”
