Aaron Plessinger goes 1-1 at Glen Helen. 

What a ride for Aaron Plessinger at the Glen Helen Pro National. Aaron sweep the day with 1-1 finishes. Aaron started the second moto in 5th and by the fifth lap he was in the lead and never looked back to win his first race of the year. Alex Martin and brother Jeremy Martin had some good battles in the second moto, with Jeremy eventually working his way around Alex, but Alex had a better overall finish with a 3-3 compared to Jeremy’s 5-2 for second overall. Jeremy finished third. Aaron Plessinger and Zach Osborne are tied for points heading into the third round in Thunder Valley.,

Alex MartinAlex Martin rode consistent going 3-3 for second overall.

Zach Osborne crashed both motos, but still salvaged forth overall and is tied for the points lead with Aaron Plessinger.

Brandon Hartranft had a rough day going 35-16 for 19th overall. 

JORDAN BAILEY GLEN HELEN NATIONAL Jordan Bailey rode to a 13th place finish. 

Aaron Plessinger takes the first moto win. 

In moto one in the 250 class it was Zach Osborne who got the holeshot going into the Talladega first corner. Soon after, both Aaron Plessigner and Gage Schehr got around Osborne putting him back to third. Osborne soon passed Schehr and stalked Plessinger. Osborne got close once, but laid it over. Plessinger went on to win 250 moto 1 by 12 seconds.

Zach Osborne Zach Osborne had the speed to win, but a small crash gave Plessinger a cushion to take the win.

Justin Cooper set the fastest lap of qualifying in the 250 class in session one. 

The morning of round two for the 2018 Glen Helen National the weather is overcast with a light drizzle that is keeping the track wet. The first session of 250 qualifying, is was Justin Cooper who set the fastest time by more than two full seconds over the field. In session two, Justin’s time in the first session was good enough to keep him on the pole. Geico Honda’s Jeremy Martin was second and Joey Savatgy was third.
