2019 OAKLAND SUPERCROSS | TRACK WALK GALLERY
This year we have loved taking photos of Colt Nichols, Wil Hahn and Trevor Carmichael. They’re always using their hands to point at lines during track walk.
Oakland Supercross is shaping up to be a good one. We still haven’t seen a repeat winner in either class this year, and in the 450 class it has been underdogs who have been shinning on the top spot of the podium. Ken Roczen holds the red plate and lead in the 450 point standings, but he still hasn’t won a race yet. Will Ken grab his first win of the year tonight? Will Tomac take the top spot? Or will we have another new winner? Keep checking back in with MXA throughout the day for photos, news and results from round four of the 2019 Supercross season.
Chad Reed was the only factory rider that wasn’t wearing a team shirt on track walk.
Shane McElrath and mechanic Matt Winters checking out the Northern California dirt. Shane grabbed his first win last weekend at Anaheim 2 and he’s only two points behind Colt Nichols in the 250 championship point standings.
The young Rockstar Husqvarna 250 rider Michael Mosiman grew up just over an hour north of Oakland in Sebastopol California. Michael raced the 250 east division in 2018, this will be his first time racing Supercross in front of his hometown crowd.
Eli Tomac sits second in the 450 point standings, only two points behind Ken Roczen.
Last weekend’s winner, Cooper Webb was smiling during track walk.
