2020 ST. LOUIS SUPERCROSS PRE-RACE REPORT | ROUND #2 OF THE 2020 MONSTER ENERGY SUPERCROSS SEASON

The 2020 St. Louis Supercross is right around the corner, but it doesn’t feel quite right does it? To be saying St. Louis is up next is a little weird since we were just at Anaheim 1 last weekend and usually St. Louis is closer to round eleven like it was the last time the Monster Energy Supercross tour stopped there in 2018. Isn’t St. Louis, Missouri considered East? This year the 250SX West Coast riders will be competing in St. Louis. Unfortunately the 1,819-mile/27-hour drive from Anaheim, California, to St. Louis, Missouri, will most likely keep away many privateers who’s budgets aren’t happy about the commute, but at least we know the top guys will be there and with no major injuries to the front runners at A1, we should have another exciting race on our hands.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW: ST. LOUIS SUPERCROSS

450 start 2020 Anaheim SupercrossMost riders will fly, but the privateers, truck drivers and sponsors paying for the whole thing aren’t excited about the 1,819 mile drive from Anaheim to St. Louis.

Round two of the 2020 Monster Energy Supercross season is set to kick off this Saturday January 11th in St. Louis, Missouri inside of The Dome at America’s Center. The 280 million dollar stadium built in1992 has the ability to hold over 82,000 spectators and luckily “The Dome” part means that it has a permanent roof which means we don’t have to worry about the rain and snow that are expected on Saturday. With an expected high of 43 degrees and low of 24 degrees, we are extra happy about that roof.
