2022 SOUTHWICK NATIONAL // 450 OVERALL RACE RESULTS
It’s the sixth round of the 2022 Pro Motocross season and we’ve arrived at The Wick 338 located in Massachusetts. Southwick offers more sand than any other track currently on the 2022 circuit and we’ll see more separation in skill than any other round. In the points, Chase Sexton still holds onto the red plate but every round, Eli Tomac inches closer and closer to the lead. Chase continues to ride more consistently than any of his other 450 seasons prior so we’re looking forward to the battle that is to come. Scroll down below as we report all the action LIVE from Southwick. Also, the first 450 moto will have streamed on NBC and Peacock. If you missed the stream, it will play on FloRacing after all the racing has commenced.

450 OVERALL RACE RESULTS
Ken Roczen grabbed a great start leading the 450 field around Southwick. Ryan Dungey, Eli Tomac, and Chase Sexton didn’t get a good start but they would eventually snake their way through the pack. Jason Anderson would play as a sore in Chase’s side as he passed the 23 for seventh. Eli Tomac and Christian Craig nearly wadded with each other but an insane save by Eli would prevent this. Around 20 minutes, Chase made his way into the top 5 and Eli Tomac was knocking on Aaron Plessinger’s door.
Around 15 minutes left in the race, the top three were all in the same corner at the same time as Ken held onto the lead. Eli Tomac made the pass for second on Aaron and within a couple of turns, Ken would feel the pressure of the Star Yamaha rider. After a lap, Eli grabbed a handful of throttle and made the pass on Ken. A few laps later, Aaron Plessinger would take second place.
With two minutes left, Chase made the pass on Ken for third place and would set his eyes on Aaron Plessinger. With three laps left, Chase flew down one of the massive straights on the outside taking second from Aaron. Eli Tomac and Chase Sexton would replicate their results in the first moto and only one point would keep Chase in the points lead.

450 MOTO 1 RACE RESULTS
Ken Roczen grabbed the holeshot with Ryan Dungey and Christian Craig in tow. Jason Anderson went down in the first turn but was quick to get back on the saddle. Several turns later, Christian Craig and Chase Sexton had made their way around Ryan Dungey for second and third. But surprisingly, Ryan fought back and none other than Southwick local Chris Canning joined the party, sitting in fifth amongst the sea of factory riders. Christian Craig nearly ate it and went off the side of the track but made sure not to gain a position.
