450 OVERALL RACE RESULTS

Antonio Cairoli would grab his third holeshot of the day with Ken Roczen in second place. By the third turn, Ken Roczen once again took first place. Eli Tomac and Christian Craig raced in fourth and fifth until Chase Sexton entered the mix, passing Craig for fifth. Jason Anderson made a mistake sliding out and losing valuable positions. Alex Martin had a large crash and would be separated from his bike, Ryan Dungey barely avoiding him. In a blink of an eye, Chase already slid past Eli for third place.
Antonio Cairoli made a bobble and Chase Sexton initiated for second place. Eli Tomac would also make the pass on Antonio moving up to the third place position. The problems continued for the riders as Christian Craig went down bending his bars and levers badly.
Ryan Dungey and Shane McElrath went back and forth for several laps. With 13 minutes left, Chase Sexton made the pass on his teammate for first place. Jason Anderson found the extra energy to catch up to the battle between Dungey and McElrath, passing Ryan for seventh.
The 5 minute mark, Eli Tomac put the pressure on high for the second place position, making several jabs at Ken Roczen. With three laps left, Kenny and Eli started bar banging for the second place spot. But on the last lap, Chase would fall down letting Kenny make the pass and take the overall.

450 MOTO 1 RACE RESULTS

Antonio Cairoli grabbed the holeshot with Ken Roczen in tow. Christian Craig went down and would be caught in the back of the pack in the first turn. Ken Roczen eventually made his way around Antonio for the lead position with Justin Barcia sitting back in third. Eventually, Justin Barcia snuck past and Jason Anderson would follow suit, moving into fourth past the Italian. Remember how Christian Craig was in last place, well he made his way all the way up into 20th with 23 minutes remaining. Antonio Cairoli would slowly fall through the pack after getting the holeshot, losing his position to both Eli Tomac and Chase Sexton.

Jason Anderson would make the pass on Justin Barcia and search for the energy to catch up to Ken Roczen. One of the massive track side markers was clipped by Jason Anderson and Eli Tomac would make the move. We’re hoping Jason’s hand is alright as there’s no way that could have felt good with out handguards. With five minutes left, Eli had closed the gap on Ken with less than a second behind. Ken left the door wide open and Eli made the pass for first place. On another note, Christian Craig was now near the top 10 after being in last. With three laps remaining, Chase Sexton and Jason Anderson were duking it out for a position on the podium.
