2023 ATLANTA SUPERCROSS // 250 RACE RESULTS

The Monster Energy Supercross season is on it’s 13th stop of the 2023 year and with it is one of the most exciting races of the year, the Atlanta Supercross. Similar to Daytona, Atlanta combines both motocross and Supercross elements to create a fast pace but technical track. While it may not feature as many tight turns as Daytona, the track does have multiple sets of whoops and sand sections to separate the top riders.

Currently, Hunter Lawrence is in a league of his own in the points championship while the battle for second and third place in the championship is surprisingly close. Nate Thrasher was the fastest amongst the bunch in qualifying so it’ll be interesting to see what the Yamaha rider has to offer considering his previous wins at the same track. So who will win at Atlanta? Find out down below as we report all the action LIVE.

250 MAIN EVENT RESULTS

Haiden Deegan and Hunter Lawrence would cross the holeshot line at the same time and Hunter would take the lead after the over/under. Unfortunately, Tom Vialle would go down and be spotted off the track. But Tom wasn’t the only one as Hunter had the butt pucker moment of the night flying off the track but rejoining in second.

Haiden Deegan would be under fire from Hunter Lawrence but the rookie wasn’t gonna make it easy for the seasoned Honda rider. Eventually, Hunter would make a wide pass on Haiden and both Jordon Smith and Nate Thrasher would be up next on the chopping block for Haiden. With 8 and a half minutes left, Jordon Smith would take the second place position from Haiden.

With 7 minutes left, Jeremy Martin would go down with Jo Shimoda making way around Max Anstie for fifth.

But with just under three minutes left in the race Nate Thrasher would hit the deck hard after the whoops.

Hunter Lawrence would go on to win the Main Event.

Hunter Lawrence would win the first Heat Race.

Haiden Deegan grabbed the holeshot with Tom Vialle chasing in second. Hunter Lawrence rode in third and would make the pass for second with just under three minutes remaining in the first Heat.
