2023 GLENDALE SUPERCROSS TRIPLE CROWN // 450 RACE RESULTS

The 12th round of the 2023 Monster Energy Supercross series takes place in Glendale, Arizona, where all attention is fixed on Eli Tomac and Cooper Webb. These two riders enter the event with equal points, having consistently shown their skill and determination throughout the championship. As there are only five rounds remaining, the competition between Webb and Tomac promises to be fierce until the very end. Both riders have proven to be formidable competitors, making it anyone’s guess who will emerge victorious. It’s sure to be a hard-fought battle. Here is how the 450 race went down in State Farm Stadium.

Eli Tomac gets off to an early lead with Justin Barcia in second and Sexton in third. Webb was in fifth and needed to make up some time. Tomac rode flawlessly to a needed win. Tomac keeps the red plate heading into the next roundin Atlanta.

Eli Tomac got the early lead with Colt Nichols in second and Cooper Webb in third. Webb made the pass into second fast. Ken Roczen was in third. Barcia had great speed as he made the pass into third on the third lap.

On the fifth lap Sexton got by Anderson for fifth place and on the same lap Webb had the fastest lap time. By the seventh lap Barcia joined the top two riders to battle.

Tomac won by 1.5 seconds over Webb with Barcia third, Sexton fourth and Roczen fifth.

450 MAIN EVENT 2

Sexton wins the second main event with ease. 

Chase Sexton captured the start with Tomac and Roczen in second and third. Sexton stalled with Tomac getting by them Sexton pinned it to get back by him. Cooper tried to make the pass on Anderson but it didn’t play out in his favor. Cooper dropped back to sixth.

By the 10th lap Sexton had over a 4-second lead.

What a great final lap! Webb passed Barcia and Anderson and Roczwen had a good battle to the finish.
