250 QUALIFYING RESULTS // 2024 GLENDALE SUPERCROSS

The 250 West division is making a comeback this weekend as we return to Glendale, AZ. The last time the West riders competed was in Anaheim, where Levi Kitchen clinched the win and positioned himself at the top of the points leaderboard, tying with Jordon Smith. Following a two-week hiatus, Kitchen is poised to build on the momentum from his previous victory, though the task will be far from straightforward. RJ Hampshire and Jordon Smith, along with the rest of the competitors, are all capable contenders poised to challenge Kitchen’s recent success. The action begins with qualifying, so be sure to stay informed of the results by reading below.

250 SESSION 1 QUALIFYING RESULTS

Ryder DiFranceso was at race pace early in the first qualifying session.

RJ Hampshire led out the first 250 session, followed by Carson Mumford and Ryder DiFrancesco, who started clocking their fast laps early. Levi Kitchen, starting around mid-pack, took his time to scope out the lines. Mitchell Oldenburg managed to secure a quick time early on, positioning himself in second place. From there, he aimed to continue improving his time as many riders were eager to log quick laps. Soon, however, the two points leaders recorded nearly identical times. Levi Kitchen succeeded in taking the top spot, with Jordon Smith a mere hundredth of a second behind. Smith, not one to waste time, continued to push hard after clocking his quick lap, not taking a single lap off. Despite the intense efforts from Smith and Kitchen, RJ Hampshire surged ahead of both, claiming the top position where he stayed until the session concluded.
