250 QUALIFYING RESULTS // 2024 NASHVILLE SUPERCROSS

Today the 250 class will display two red plates on the track as both East and West riders will be qualifying this afternoon. Cameron McAdoo leads the East division and Levi Kitchen leads the West. Qualifying will be split based on the coast the riders are racing. The track had a bit of rain overnight causing them to skip free practice as they worked on the track and will go right into qualifying. The track has shaped up nicely and the weather during the day is looking to dry things up quite a bit. For all qualifying details read down below.

250 OVERALL QUALIFYING RESULTS EAST

Haiden Deegan heads into tonight racing with confidence and momentum.

In the East class, it was the other Cameron McAdoo who took the practice holeshot followed by Tom VIalle and Max Anstie. The lead group immediately went to work putting in their fast laps and Tom Vialle was able to grab the top spot early. Haiden Deegan again took a slower approach the first few laps looking for good lines and passing positions. Tom Vialle’s time matches to those of the west coast riders but the rest of the group was actually a few seconds off.  Tom would hold the pole position into tonight’s racing.

250 OVERALL QUALIFYING RESULTS WEST

Levi Kitchen was third fastest in the second session.

Grabbing the holeshot in the practice start for session 2 was Levi Kitchen followed by Jordon Smith and RJ Hampshire. Carson Mumford had a big get-off down the start straight when he clipped a tough block, sending him over the bars. Overall times have dropped significantly in this second session as the track is much drier and a lot of the ruts have been eliminated from the maintenance earlier. Once again Levi Kitchen has put down a time to bring him into the pole position. RJ Hampshire also fast in the second qualifying holding down the second fastest time. Towards the end of the session, both Hampshire and Smith were able to get a time in that was faster than Kitchen, and Levi would have to settle for third.

250 QUALIFYING SESSION 1 EAST

Pierce Brown avoided getting dirty early by being the first rider out on the track.

Pierce Brown was the first rider to grab a quick time this afternoon, but within the same lap, Coty Schock rose to the top of the list. Schock on his ClubMX Yamaha was looking very comfortable in the muddy conditions. The track is starting to look better but there is still a top layer of slippery mud that riders are dealing with. Haiden Deegan took a slower approach to the opening laps but started to put in faster times lap after lap. Once again Max Anstie who has been so good in qualifying previously was able to move up the leaderboard, but it did not last however as Cameron McAdoo was able to move himself to the top spot which he held for multiple laps. In the closing laps, Haiden Deegan snagged the pole position with no time left on the clock.

250 QUALIFYING SESSION 1 WEST

Levi Kitchen felt out the track early and was able to put in an extremely fast time.

Out front early in the West session was Carson Mumford who quickly started to put his fast laps in followed by Ryder DiFrancesco. Levi Kitchen took a more conservative approach to the opening laps, looking for good lines and getting comfortable on the slick track rather than going all out early. Kitchen would move into second behind Mumford on the time list, just a few short laps later. On the very next lap Kitchen moved himself into the lead with an extremely quick time in the 53-second range. He was the first rider in both sessions to break into this low range, looking extremely fast. By the closing laps, he would decrease his time even further and take the top position.
