450 QUALIFYING RESULTS | SEATTLE SUPERCROSS
Dean Wilson qualifies fastest in Seattle.
The track at the Seattle Supercross is proving to be a tough one. Many riders have gone down and many riders are going around the long whoop section whenever they aren’t trying to put in a fast lap time. After the first 450 qualifying session it is Ken Roczen who sits on top, with Marvin Musquin second and Eli Tomac third. So far Cooper Webb has had a rough go at it. He sits 11th right now after qualifying session number one. Ken Roczen said that the whoops are kind of crazy and very sketchy. He also stated that after riding the soft and rutted East coast tracks, it’s very challenging to find traction on the West coast dirt.

2019 SEATTLE SUPERCROSS | FULL COVERAGE
Dean Wilson was on the gas in the second 450 qualifying session. He was one of the only riders who really looked confident and fast in the difficult whoop section, and he was also the only rider to jump a quad in the rhythm lane before the whoops. We saw a few riders who jumped over the entire step-on step-off, but we didn’t see anyone else jump the same quad that Dean did. Also, just like the 250 class, there were only 39 riders who showed up to race in the 450 class. This means that all of the Pros that showed up, qualified for the night show tonight in Seattle.
