450 QUALIFYING RESULTS | LORETTA LYNN PRO MOTOCROSS NATIONAL 2 (UPDATED)
450 QUALIFYING RESULTS | 2020 LORETTA LYNN PRO MOTOCROSS NATIONAL 2
Round two of the 2020 Pro Motocross season is here and the series is back in Tennessee for the Loretta Lynn Pro Motocross National #2. After the Washougal National was canceled, the historic Loretta Lynn Dude Ranch earned another spot on the 2020 AMA National tour. Last Saturday, Rockstar Husqvarna riders Jason Anderson and Zach Osborne snagged the first and second 450 moto wins and ended up on the podium in the overall for the day with Zach Osborne earning his first-ever 450 National overall win (hot off his first 450 Supercross Main Event win at the SLC finale) and his teammate Jason Anderson finishing second overall. Defending Champion, Eli Tomac struggled in the first moto with a 7th place finish, but he was able to rebound for moto two and was back to the ultra-fast Eli Tomac that everyone expected and he finished 2nd in the moto behind Osborne. Tomac’s 7-2 moto scores earned him third overall.
Coming into Loretta’s last weekend, most people were worried how the amateur track would shape up for the Pros, but the critics were silenced (at least for one weekend) when the track developed to be rough and rutted. Last weekend’s track was ripped deep before it rained heavily on Friday which meant that it wasn’t ready for rain. The track quickly turned into mud and eventually deep ruts. This week, we’ve had even more rain, but the track has been sealed (or packed in) to minimize the amount of water that soaks into the dirt.

ZACH OSBORNE HAS BIKE ISSUES
Zach Osborne watched his competitors as his team scrambled to get his bike to start.
Zach rode to the starting line on a bike that worked perfectly fine. However, when it came time to start the bike and go out for practice, his Rockstar Husqvarna wouldn’t fire up. Zach’s mechanic Dave Feeney and the few more of the Rockstar Husqvarna mechanics tried multiple different fixes before putting a new fuel tank on. The bike fire up with the new tank which also has a new fuel pump in it, so we are assuming it was the fuel pump that went out in the original tank.
450 OVERALL QUALIFYING RESULTS
Zach Osborne qualified 10th fastest after having his bike issues caused him to ride in the 450 Group B session.
