450 OVERALL QUALIFYING RESULTS | 2021 IRONMAN NATIONAL

The 450 class has made its stop in Indiana for the Ironman National and before we get to witness the gate drop, we got to see who fastest on the track during qualifying. Unlike the 250 class, there hasn’t been one rider who has stood out amongst the rest for dominating the lap time leaderboard, but you can always count on Ken Roczen, Dylan Ferrandis, Chase Sexton, and a handful of others to be in the top 5. Thakfully for us the fans, this keeps the racing a little bit more unpredictable as the fastest riders in the 450 class are capable of staying with each other in the races. So who do you think will be the one to spin the fastest lap around Indiana? Scroll down below to find out.

450 OVERALL QUALIFYING RESULTS

Joey Savatgy had his best qualifying time of the year, qualifying in fourth.

For the majority of the second qualifying session, it looked like Eli Tomac would be the fastest qualifier until Dylan Ferrandis would barely get by with only a couple minutes left. The two Honda teammates, Ken Roczen and Chase Sexton sat in third and fourth place until Joey Savatgy slid into fourth, just seconds before the qualifying session ended.

450 FIRST QUALIFYING SESSION

Dylan Ferrandis was your fastest qualifier in the first qualifying session.

In the first qualifying session, it was Dylan Ferrandis who managed to become the fastest around the track while his competitor Eli Tomac hung over a second behind. Ken Roczen took the third fastest position and thankfully for us, Aaron Plessinger appears to be looking healthy once again sitting in fourth after his massive crash at Unadilla. The 2021 Supercross champ Cooper Webb was found in fifth place rounding out the top 5.
