450 QUALIFYING RESULTS // 2023 EAST RUTHERFORD SUPERCROSS
The 450 class has made it to the 14th round of the 2023 Monster Energy Supercross and while the 250 class has to worry about twice the riders, it’s just another Saturday for the premier class. The championship is still somewhat close as Eli Tomac leads with Cooper Webb chasing in second. However, both riders didn’t perform at the level either of them would hope at Atanta which allowed Chase Sexton to take the win. With Chase Sexton taking the fastest qualifying times for the vast majority of the season, will anyone be able to topple the Honda rider? Or will qualifying times matter as Chase still has some serious ground to make in the championship? Find out down below who’s fastest in East Rutherford.

450 QUALIFYING SESSION 2
Jason Anderson is your fastest qualifier in the 450 class.
This time around, things would be different for Eli Tomac as the points leader made it back to qualifying and would continue his day. Halfway through the second session, Jason Anderson would put down an impressive 47.7 lap time which was half a second faster than Josh Hill’s 48.27, another impressive Hill bro lap time. Chase Sexton would eventually take second place but Jason Anderson definitely found some fast times as no one would come close to his. Unfortunately Adam Cianciarulo had a huge crash at the beginning and we are unsure if he will race tonight.

450 QUALIFYING SESSION 1
Eli Tomac would go down at start of the 450 qualifying session and limped off of the track.
The 450 session commenced but strangely enough, Eli Tomac would go down after losing grip in one of the rhythm sections. He sat on the side of the track for a bit but would leave the qualifying session later. As the session continued, the lap times were similar to the 450s as Ken Roczen raced in first with Justin Barcia in second and one of the biggest surprises of the day, Justin Hill in third. Well, up until Jason Anderson stole the thunder taking second place and bumping Justin Barcia down. Either way, still an impressive time for Justin Hill and Chase Sexton who’s normally quickest, was back in fifth.
