450 RACE RESULTS | 2021 FOX RACEWAY NATIONAL MOTOCROSS
Welcome to the Dylan Ferrandis show. With two rounds left in the 2021 AMA Pro Motocross National season, the Frenchman, Dylan Ferrandis has a huge 50 point lead over the factory Honda HRC rider of Ken Roczen. Ferrandis has proved himself in the stacked 450 field. He was once disliked by American fans not too long ago. That chitter-chatter from the fans has stopped. You can dislike the Frenchman, but it is hard not to respect him. Let’s see if he can wrap up the championship today. In qualifying, he threw down the hammer capturing the fastest time. He is racing to win, not to play it safe.

450 OVERALL RACE RESULTS
Eli Tomac wins his second overall of the season.
Dylan Ferrandis sliced his way to the front before the first lap was over. Ken Roczen sat second with Webb third, Craig fourth and Tomac fifth. Tomac was a man on a mission and passed Webb then got right on Roczen for second, although Kenny was not making it easy. After a few laps Tomac got around him and he dropped the hammer to get close to the leader, Dylan Ferrandis. The question was, was Ferrandis going to let Tomac by to not risk clinching the championship or fight for the overall win?
On lap five Tomac got on the read wheel of Ferrandis and didn’t put up a fight to Tomac for the lead. Christain Craig made the pass on Roczen for fifth place all the while Tomac pulled outa 16 point lead 10 laps in.
In the final laps, Roczen started slowing down with Max Anstie getting by him for fifth.
Tomac ended up winning the overall with a 2-1 finish. He won the second moto by over 36 seconds. However, it is Dylan Ferrandis as he won the 2021 National 450 Championship.

450 MOTO 1 RESULTS
Dylan Ferrandis made it look easy in the heat in the first moto to take the win.
Ken Roczen got the holeshot with Cooper Webb and Dylan Ferrandis in tow. Max Anstie was in fourth for three laps until Eli Tomac made his way by. Ferrandis passed Webb on the fourth lap and started pulling away to put the pressure on the leader Roczen.
Dylan Ferrandis made the pass on Roczen for the lead on the sixth lap at Fox Raceway. Eli Tomac started to put the pressure on Webb for third place. Webb was a huge roadblock for Tomac as it took more than four laps to get past him.
All the while Ferrandis pulled away from the pack leading Roczen by over six seconds on lap 10. Three laps later Tomac caught and passed Roczen for second place.
Dylan Ferrandis won the first moto extending his points lead. It looked like he would go on to win the 450 National championship a race early.
