Jeremy Martin took the 250 pole at Hangtown.

The 250 qualifying has concluded here in Hangtown for the first round of the 2018 Outdoor National series. It was Jeremy Martin who broke the 2:16 barrier for the pole with Zach Osborne in second and Kawasaki rider Joey Savatgy in third.

Joey Savatgy and Justin Cooper dropped into 2:18 lap times.

We are here in Hangtown for the first round of the AMA Outdoor Nationals. Nerves are always high for the first round as riders are trying to find their place in the stacked field. In the first 250 qualifying session, Pro Circuit’s Joey Savatgy topped qualifying with Justin Cooper in second and Honda’s Rj Hampshire in third. The 2017 champ, Zach Osborne with 7th. Rookie’s Garrett Marchbands was 12th and Brazil’s Enzo Lopes was 16th. We are interested to see what riders step-up when the track drys up and breaks down.
