Last week Jason Anderson could have clinched the 2018 AMA 450 Supercross Championship in Salt Lake City, but instead, he was knocked down in the first turn—ripping the spokes out of his front wheel. He came into the pits to get a wheel change—which didn’t go smoothly. He re-entered the race two laps down and with every pass he could make (or rider who dropped out) he gained valuable points. Meanwhile up front, Marvin Musquin ran away to win for the second week in a row. This week the two will be going head-to-head in Las Vegas at the final Supercross of the year. Anderson still has the points lead, but Musquin cut that in half last week.
