450 OVERALL QUALIFYING RESULTS | MILLVILLE MOTOCROSS NATIONAL

2020 450 OVERALL QUALIFYING RESULTS |  SPRING CREEK MOTOCROSS NATIONAL

After a two week hiatus from the racing, we finally headed to Spring Creek Park located in Millville, Minnesota for the 6th round of the 2020 AMA Nationals. With nearly perfect weather on the horizon, we were expecting most riders to perform at their maximum. With a lot of surprises occurring in the 450 class this season, there are many riders that we expected to battle it out under the nice conditions. Riders like Eli Tomac were underperforming from their usual standard during this season giving anyone the possibility of holding off the previous year’s Colorado champ. With points being so close, any of the top 7 riders were neck to neck for the championship podium. Osborne, Cianciarulo and Musquin have been holding the reigns of the top 3 in points and we wondered if the extra break from the previous doubleheader at Redbud will have shaken up the results.

The 450 class has shown us some of the best racing in previous memory, especially for the top 7 riders including Chase Sexton in his current rookie year on the 450 and the El Chupacabra Blake Baggett on the Rocky Mountain KTM. Some riders, despite not being in the championship chase, were performing pretty well this season. Broc Tickle onboard the brand new Monster Energy Yamaha ride has currently been sitting in 8th in points followed by fill-in rider for Ken Roczen, Christian Craig.
