2022 WISECO WORLD TWO-STROKE CHAMPIONSHIPS // BEST IN THE PITS
2022 WISECO WORLD TWO-STROKE CHAMPIONSHIPS // BEST IN THE PITS
Glen Helen is hosting the 13th annual Wiseco World Two-Stroke Championship presented by FastHouse this Saturday and the pits have been full of two-strokes already as everyone prepares for their shot at prize money and bragging rights this weekend. Just over $25,000 in prize money is up for grabs in four different classes (Open Pro, Pasha 125 Pro, Pasha 30+ 125 Pro and Pasha 50+ 125 Pro). Yes, the Pasha classes are technically called “125 Open” classes because you can run up to 150cc in them. Glen Helen and Pasha know that if a Pro has a 125, it’s probably already got a big-bore kit under the hood anyway and they don’t want to worry about riders protesting and having to tear down bikes after the race.
As usual, Glen Helen has been open Tuesday and Thursday this week for open practice, and there’s an additional Friday Two-Stroke Only practice leading into the race on Saturday (with the track being closed on Sunday for Easter). See below for photos from the two-stroke take-over at Glen Helen this week.

Here’s four of the seven MXA test bikes to be raced this weekend. Our 2022 KTM 250SX, 2022 Yamaha YZ125, 2022 GasGas MC 250 and 2022 GasGas MC 125 (turned into a 150). Missing from the shot is our 2022 Yamaha YZ250, 2022 KTM 150SX and 2021 KTM 300SX.
Even the classics make an appearance at the Two Stroke National.
Robbie Wageman was the ultimate fill-in rider last year. He showed up to Glen Helen not even planning to race. Then, after Josh Grant crashed out, Twisted Development fixed up Josh’s bike and Robbie raced it to first place in the Open Pro class with 1-2 moto scores. The #1 is for Robbie, but this year he won’t be racing (and he won’t be able to change his mind at the last minute this year either) because he is racing the Atlanta Supercross 250 East/West Showdown. Robbie has had a career-best Supercross season going, with lots of top-10 finishes and he’s tied with Nate Thrasher for 6th in 250 West points.
Ryan Surratt is racing the Pasha 125 Pro class on a Yamaha 134 and the Open Pro class (on Robbie Wageman’s Yamaha).
With so many pros competing at the National including our very own Josh Mosiman, it’ll be exciting to see who comes out on top.

Pro Circuit’s R&D technician and former Factory Honda mechanic, Mike “Schnikey” Tomlin, built this GasGas MC 150 for Josh Mosiman to race this weekend. Plus, he’s going to be Josh’s mechanic for the Open Pro class as well this weekend.
