250 OVERALL RESULTS
Jeremy Martin goes 1-1 at RedBud #1.
Shane McElrath grabbed the holeshot with Darian Sanayei once again right there on the start and Darian actually passed for the lead in turn two, but McElrath passed him back later on lap 1. Dylan Ferrandis had a bad start and he was 17th early in the race. Jeremy Martin moved into second behind McElrath with Alex Martin third, Mitchell Harrison fourth, Cameron McAdoo fifth and Rj Hampshire sixth early. Ty Masterpool, third place finisher in the first moto was way outside of the top 20 on the start in the second moto. Jeremy Martin is close behind McElrath, but each time they get to Larocco’s leap, McElrath is able to triple while the rest of the riders behind him can’t. Only the Star Racing Yamaha riders have been able to clear this jump consistently today. Shane McElrath led for 16 and a half minutes before he missed the Larcco’s leap, Jeremy Martin closed in on him and made the pass later in the lap. Meanwhile, Dylan Ferrandis, coming through traffic, put down the fastest lap on the track and made his way passed Cameron McAdoo for fifth place. On the next lap, Ferrandis jumped Larocco’s leap straight over Rj Hampshire’s head to get into fourth. As two lap board came out Dylan Ferrandis had just got Alex Martin in sight for third place.

Darian Sanayei is riding through pain after suffering a shoulder injury at the season opener. He did grab two great starts though on his Pro Circuit Kawasaki and finished 10th in the first moto.
250 MOTO 1 RESULTS
Jeremy Martin wins the first Moto in the 250 class.
Ty Masterpool grabbed the holeshot on his Star Racing Yamaha and he actually took his hand off the handlebars to cheer as he crossed the holeshot line. It was incredible! Masterpool raced the 2019 AMA Nationals, skipped Supercross and then was injured before the Nationals began. Now, he is back from injury for the first time this weekend and he’s back strong. Darian Sanayei is also back from injury, he dislocated his shoulder at the Outdoor season opener and was off the bike for the last three weeks, but now he’s back racing and he was second on the start. Dylan Ferrandis was inside the top ten on the start, but he crashed immediately after passing his championship rival Jeremy Martin and dropped back to the 25th place range on the opening lap. Ty Masterpool held onto the lead for the first 20-minutes of the Moto, but Jeremy Martin was able to make his move on the young rider with just under 10-minutes to go. Rj Hampshire was fourth, but he made a very close pass on Jett Lawrence to take over third with 7-minutes left. Dylan Ferrandis was only able to make it to eighth position with 5-minutes left in the race. With three-laps to go Rj Hampshire passed Ty Masterpool for second place and Jett Lawrence was pressuring him for the podium spot, but Ty Masterpool is one of the only riders jumping Larocco’s leap which is making up a lot of time for him. Martin went on to win with Hampshire, Lawrence and McAdoo behind. Dylan Ferrandis made his way to 7th and Darian Sanayei held on to finish 10th.
