250 OVERALL QUALIFYING RESULTS | 2021 ARLINGTON SUPERCROSS 2
The eleventh round is back in AT&T Stadium for the second of three Arlington Supercross rounds. The riders had a couple of days to relax and recoup for the eleventh round while the mechanics had to rush to strip the bikes down and get them ready for racing. Last weekend, we saw Justin Cooper once again qualify with the fastest lap time, however, starts would not play in favor as he would struggle to get in front of the pack by turn one. Seth Hammaker qualified well behind Justin Cooper and won his Heat Race and Main Event after the rookie Pro Circuit secured the holeshot effortlessly. Both Justin Cooper and Cameron McAdoo had bad starts on Saturday, but Cameron McAdoo was able to make it through the pack much quicker than Cooper. In the end, Justin Cooper was able to challenge McAdoo for the final spot on the podium and the two riders dueled back and forth, but ultimately it was Cameron McAdoo that held on for third as Justin Cooper slid out with two turns to go. Now we’re set to go for the fourth round of the 250 West regional series and the Arlington 2 track features a massive start straight, taking up more than a third of the entire course. It will become apparent that starts are even more important at this round.
