250 OVERALL QUALIFYING RESULTS | 2021 ATLANTA SUPERCROSS 2
Supercross is back in Atlanta Motor Speedway for the second of three rounds currently held in Georgia. Last Saturday, the track was plagued with changing weather. From a dry and dusty track in the early morning to a slippery mess by time the Heats started, the racers had to stay on their toes in order to conquer the enormous course. Now, the track layout mostly stays the same, however, the rhythm is almost completely different. And with sunnier weather on the horizon, we expect a lot more balanced racing to go on. At the round prior, it was Cameron McAdoo who finally beat Justin Cooper’s streak of holding the fastest lap time in both qualifying and practice. This could also have been due to the racers losing their second chance to have a fast lap time in the second session of qualifying due to the weather. But it was Nate Thrasher who ended up taking the win at the first Atlanta round after many of his opponents continued to make mistakes left and right. So who do you think will be the fastest qualifier in the 250 West division? Will Justin Cooper grab back his title of being quickest around the track or will another take his place? Find out down below as we report LIVE from Atlanta Motor Speedway for the 14th round of the 2021 Monster Energy Supercross season.

Justin Cooper grabbed the fastest lap time away from Cameron McAdoo, sitting in the 1:36.1 lap time. Hunter Lawrence jumped up to third place and Justin held onto the fastest lap time of the day.

250 GROUP A QUALIFYING SESSION 1 RESULTS
The first qualifying session for the 250 Group A class took off and it was Seth Hammaker who led the pack but was passed after a few turns by Hunter Lawrence. The lap times hung around the minute and 40 second mark with Stilez Roberston in first after the first lap. Cameron McAdoo eventually took away the lead position from Stilez and scored a 1:41.1 lap time. After four laps, Cameron chopped off several seconds from his lap time and Nate Thrasher moved into second. Yet with one minute remaining, Justin Cooper would once again set the fastest lap time, beating Cameron McAdoo by half a second.
