250 OVERALL RACE RESULTS | 2021 IRONMAN NATIONAL
The 250 class has made its way to Ironman Raceway, located in Crawfordsville, Indiana. The track is prepped, the weather is good, and the ground is covered in woodchips (which some of the riders have already voiced their opinion on the slippery terrain). Jett Lawrence has never been known for his qualifying times but that seemed to change at this year’s Ironman National as he grabbed the fastest time out of the 250 class. Jeremy Martin was second quickest and it was his teammate Justin Cooper who was the third fastest. With only three rounds left, Justin Cooper still only has a three point lead on Jett Lawrence. So who do you think will take the overall at the tenth round of the season? Find out down below as we report all the action LIVE from Ironman.

250 OVERALL RACE RESULTS
Jo Shimoda was first across the holeshot line with Jett Lawrence in second. Justin Cooper ran in third place after making the pass on Ty Masterpool. Jo left the door wide open giving Jett the opportunity to get plenty of momentum and fly through the sand rollers, taking the first place position several turns later. At 17 minutes left, Levi Kitchen who was in fifth place pulled off the track and then back on for some reason.
With 11 minutes left, Justin Cooper would give up his third place position to Rj Hampshire. Rj Hampshire would catch up to Jo Shimoda eventually by the time there were four minutes left.
Jett would win the race and the overall going 1-1.

250 MOTO 1 RACE RESULTS
Justin Cooper grabbed the holeshot in the first moto with Max Vohland chasing in second place. Within the first lap, Jett eventually made his way around Max for second place. Jeremy Martin hung in fourth place trying to make moves on Max Vohland but Max brought his A game heading into Ironman. At 21 minutes left, Martin made the pass on Max Vohland and Jett Lawrence would make the pass for the lead. It wasn’t long until Jeremy Martin would also close the gap on his teammate, riding on Justin Cooper’s rear fender. At 18 minutes left, Jeremy would make an impressive pass mid-air for second place.
What became bizarre was Justin’s fall through the pack as he would get passed by Jo Shimoda and eventually Michael Mosiman would also catch up. With 10 minutes left, Jeremy and Jett would find themselves drag racing up jump faces and into turns as the Star Yamaha rider had caught up to the race leader. However, Jeremy Martin would lose the race, going down hard and being carted off by the EMTs.
Jett Lawrence would eventually win the first moto followed by Jo Shimoda and Michael Mosiman.
