450 OVERALL QUALIFYING RESULTS | 2021 SOUTHWICK NATIONAL

The premier class in the 2021 Pro Motocross season has migrated from Buchanan, Michigan to Southwick, Massachusetts for the sixth round of the series. With less than exceptional weather tearing the track up the day before, some were worried that the race would look like a hard enduro on Saturday thanks to the massive cracks going through the track. Fortunately, the track crew and their fleet of bulldozers were hard at work salvaging what they had left to get the sandy track race-ready for the next day. In the 450 class, the one thing harder to predict a surprise rainstorm is who will be fastest in timed qualifying as any of the top 5, or top 10 really, have the potential of grabbing the fastest lap time. But it is Dylan Ferrandis who remains with the red plate in hand as Ken Roczen chases first in the point standings. So who do you think will be the speediest around the Wick 338? 450 OVERALL QUALIFYING RESULTS

Dylan Ferrandis placed fourth in the second session.

Adam Cianciarulo was quick to get up front at the beginning of the second qualifying session with Aaron Plessinger battling for first. Adam sat a whole two seconds ahead of second place’s Christian Craig. It wasn’t long till Ken Roczen moved past Christian for second place with a 2:13.2. By the fourth lap, Chase Sexton had made his way up to third place. Adam remained to be the fastest qualifier amongst the 450s.

450 FIRST SESSION QUALIFYING RESULTSWe have yet to see an exceptional performance by the RedBull KTM 450 crew.

Now that’s a lot of damage.

Cooper Webb led the 450 class around the track with Chase Sexton in second place. By lap two, it was Ken Roczen who sat on top of the lap time leaderboard with Monster Energy Kawi riders Adam Cianciarulo and Eli Tomac chasing in second and third place. Chase Sexton made his way to fourth place in qualifying with Coty Schock in fifth by the fourth lap. Strangely enough, the top 10 weren’t that close to each other in times as there was a five second difference between first and tenth.
