450 MAIN EVENT RESULTS | 2021 ARLINGTON SUPERCROSS 3 (UPDATED)

450 MAIN EVENT RESULTS | 2021 ARLINGTON SUPERCROSS 3

The premier class finishes up its residency in Arlington, Texas for the twelfth round of the 2021 Monster Energy Supercross season. The 450 class is still incredibly close between Cooper Webb and Ken Roczen, but with so much momentum behind Cooper Webb, it will be no easy task stopping Webb’s Arlington win streak. In timed qualifying, we saw the usual case of a new leader rising to the occasion every other lap. However, it was Chase Sexton who threw down the fastest lap time of the day, beating out Eli Tomac who was in second place. So who do you think will win the final installment of the Arlington races? Will Cooper Webb go 3 for 3 or will we see one of the other many 450 Allstars take the win? Find out down below as we report LIVE from AT&T Stadium for the third and final round of the Arlington tripleheader.

450 MAIN EVENT RESULTS

Who’s your fantasy pick for the 450 class?

It was Ken Roczen who led the 450s with rival Cooper Webb nipping at his heel. Justin Barcia ran in third with Eli Tomac in fourth place. Eli Tomac started to put the heat on Justin Barcia, gaining ground on the 51. Joey Savatgy made a mistake letting Chase Sexton and Jason Anderson by. Ken Roczen made a mistake through one of the rhythm sections letting Cooper Webb gain some ground. Eli made the pass on Barcia right before the finish line. Chase Sexton went down in the sand section kneeling on the ground. Two more riders went down in the sand section. Both Cooper Webb and Eli Tomac gained ground on Ken again as Ken made a mistake at the end of the sand section. The top three started to spread apart by half a second as the leaders began to run into lap traffic. Eli made a mistake after the finish line and Justin Barcia made the pass. But Eli held on the straight after taking his position back but Justin would run Eli into the tuff blocks. A huge battle between Ken and Cooper ensued as they went back and forth, and inevitably letting Cooper by. Cooper Webb won the Main Event, going 3 for 3 in Arlington.
