STARTING POINT: “I saw On Any Sunday when I was seven and I had to have a dirt bike. I got into the industry when I bought a product and it didn’t work as well as I thought it could. I thought I could make it better, so I gave it a shot and made something that worked. That was the z-Start Clutch.”

THE JOB: “I’m the president of the company, but I’m actively involved in product development. I spend a lot of time trying to make the company run efficiently. My background is in computer software, so I had to learn how to design mechanical stuff. I’m really focused on becoming an efficient manufacturing company. We have 35 employees. It’s a great team, and we try to create an environment where people enjoy being a part of something where they can make a difference.”
