STARTING POINT: “I started out in the drag racing industry. Geico is a large client of my firm, and we were handling the company’s media and sponsorship relations in NHRA drag racing. When Geico developed a motorcycle product, they partnered with the Factory Connection Honda team as the title sponsor. That’s how I came into the picture.”

THE JOB: “Our job is get as much exposure as possible for our sponsors. This includes working with the media, training athletes on PR and media relations, tracking results to report to our existing sponsors, and developing new sponsors. My favorite part of the job is working with the riders. They keep me young, and the camaraderie makes the job a lot of fun. Winning is great, but there are so many different ways to win aside from getting the checkered flag.”
