JETT LAWRENCE OUT OF SALT LAKE CITY

JETT LAWRENCE OUT OF SALT LAKE CITY

It’s the final round of the 2022 Monster Energy Supercross season where two championships have already been claimed, one by Eli Tomac and one by Jett Lawrence. With title in hand, Jett elected to race this weekend but a mistake in the first qualifying session for the East Coast would cause enough worry for the 250 champ to sit out from tonight. Jett came up short after having a bobble off the face of one of the jumps and would hit the ground hard. Thankfully he got up and would show up for the second qualifying session but would pull off as it started.

Jett has decided to preserve his health and not risk worsening his ankle injury by sitting out of Salt Lake City as the reigning outdoors champ looks forward to defending his title.
