JUSTIN BARCIA PREPS FOR THE 2021 HOUSTON SUPERCROSS #1 ON HIS NEW GASGAS
The Troy Lee Designs Red Bull GasGas team is fired up and ready to debut their new colors at the 2021 Houston Supercross #1 on Saturday, January 16th. Justin Barcia leads the team as their sole factory GasGas 450 representative and Michael Mosiman #42 and Pierce Brown #45 will fly the TLD GasGas colors in the 250 class. Justin Barcia has a season opener win streak going right now with both the 2019 and 2020 Anaheim 1 Supercross wins to his credit. Unfortunately the season won’t be racing at all in California this season, but Barcia looks to start the season strong with his new team at the first three rounds on Saturday, Tuesday and then Saturday again in Houston. Michael Mosiman will line up for the 250SX East division which also will race at the season opener in Houston.
In this video MXA’s Trevor Nelson captures footage of Justin Barcia putting in laps on his new Troy Lee Designs Red Bull GasGas MC 450F. We also show some clips of Michael Mosiman on his GasGas MC 250F as well. Missing from the video is the third rider on the team, Pierce Brown who is currently still recovering from a knee injury and stated today that he plans to be back on the bike riding soon.
