JUSTIN BRAYTON OUT FOR ORLANDO 2 SX

JUSTIN BRAYTON OUT FOR ORLANDO 2 SX

Unfortunately, the 36-year-old Muc-Off Honda rider had a bad get off during a Tuesday practice and will not be competing in the racing for Orlando 2 Supercross. Thankfully Justin sustained no serious injuries but with how much pain his chest is in, he won’t be able to take control of the bike for the entirety of the Supercross race. We’re bummed another rider has been injured this season but thankful that the possibility of Justin coming back soon is very much there.

Here is what Justin Brayton had to say about the crash: “Unfortunately won’t be lining up to race Orlando 2 tonight. Had a crash while practicing on Tuesday and although nothing is broken and I have no serious injuries I did hit my chest really hard and it’s just not possible with all the pushing and pulling motion we do for 20+ minutes during the race. I’ve been optimistic all week but it’s best to give it some time to rest. Wear chest protectors kids! See ya in Daytona!”

While the racing begins in Orlando again for the start of the eighth round, we’re crossing our fingers that the West 250s manage to stay on the two wheels as well since a large chunk of the East Coast factory riders took a spill, narrowing the playing field to only five riders. Stay tuned to Motocross Action for LIVE Updates about the races as we report from Orlando, Florida.
