THIS WEEK IN MXA: KAWASAKI MOTORCYCLES TO GO ALL ELECTRIC BY 2035

In episode 42 of our ‘This Week in MXA‘ video series presented by O’Neal, we share news coming from Kawasaki about their goals for switching from combustion two-stroke and four-stroke engines over to electric bikes within the next 13-years. In a Business Policy Briefing, Kawasaki mapped out their goal for the Powersports side of Kawasaki moving forward and spilled the beans about their plans to introduce 10 electric models by 2025. Although we don’t know the street to dirt ratio of those 10 electric motorcycles they plan to introduce, we do know that it will be big news when they are released. In this video, we talk on what we know so far coming from Kawasaki and we share on the 2022 Husqvarna FC450 we tested recently and the Twisted Development/Cylinder Works equipped Yamaha YZ270F big-bore video that was just released.
