MICHAEL MOSIMAN TO MISS 2020 LORETTA LYNN NATIONAL ALONG WITH WASHOUGAL & IRONMAN

Michael Mosiman was coming into the 2020 Pro Motocross season after scorning two podium finishes in the 2020 Supercross season including a third place in the 250 East/West Shootout Main Event at final event in Salt Lake City. He also was looking to build off of his first overall podium finish during the 2019 AMA National season and his multiple other podium finishes in single motos. Sadly, Michael Mosiman crashed four weeks ago while practicing in Florida with his training partners Cooper Webb, Zach Osborne, Marvin Musquin, Rj Hampshire, Derek Drake and more at the Baker’s Factory.

With Michael’s return to racing delayed for at least three rounds, the Rockstar Husqvarna team has granted the opportunity to their newest rider, Stilez Robertson, who will be making his Pro debut just one week after winning the 250A and Open Pro Sport titles at the Loretta Lynn Amateur National. Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing’s Stephen Westfall:
“It’s unfortunate that Michael has to sit out for at least the first three rounds, as he was riding very well prior to his practice crash. We will re- evaluate the situation in a couple weeks but in the meantime, Stilez will get a chance at showcasing his skills against the top 250 riders in the nation. We’re really looking forward to having the team back at the races.”
Round 1 of the 2020 AMA Pro Motocross Championship will take place this Saturday, August 15 in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee.
