IT HAS BEEN A BUSY WEEK FOR THE MXA WRECKING CREW

We had both the 250 two-stroke shootout as well as our 250F shootout. We also tested the Husqvarna TC125. Plus,  Jody had the unenviable task of running 13 bikes on the dyno this week. Plus, Basher is in Orlando now and Jody will be there Friday for the AMA Hall of Fame ceremony. What a great week is has been! Check out what John Basher captured throughout the week.

BATTLE FROM THE PAST: CHAD READ VS. JAMES STEWART

CHUCK “FEETS MINERT TO RECEIVE EDISON DYE LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD AT WORLD VET

FROM THE MXA ARCHIVES

Chuck “Feets” Minert back in 1956 on his BSA. Chuck Minert’s racing career spanned 67 years. He has race over 3000 races, including the first Trans-AMA series races and you can even see him in “On Any Sunday.” The man loves to ride his bike and fly his airplane.

BSA made a replica of Feet’s 1956 Catalina Grand Prix winning bike and sold it as the “Catalina Scrambler.” Very few racers have ever had the honor of having a manufacturer built a bike to honor their accomplishments. Today, 48 years after his Catalina win, Feets poses next to a BSA Catalina Scrambler.
