Former factory mechanic Chad Watts helped Mark Chilson turn his 18-year-old Honda CR250 two-stroke into a factory level two-stroke built to suit his needs and desires. Chad Watts was Ricky Carmichael’s wrench for a long time during his winning two-stroke days and he did some tricks to the frame he wouldn’t even tell the MXA wrecking crew about.
