DAMON BRADSHAW TO RACE OFFROAD FOR GASGAS

BRADSHAWGASGASDamon Bradshaw has signed a deal to help GasGas with special events and to race some offroad events on the EC300.

GasGas is proud to announce that Mr. Damon Bradshaw has joined the GasGas family to assist in promotions and is getting into off road competition aboard the GasGas EC300. Damon is a Monster Energy Athlete and has been spending his time inside a Monster Energy Truck but is ready to get back to his roots in life and back on two wheels. Damon has been testing and working with the EC300 for the last couple of weeks in North Carolina and has agreed to work with Torrot GasGas moving forward.

“We are very excited to have Mr. Bradshaw join our family. Damon will bring a lot of knowledge and expertise to our growing effort, and the fans love Damon,” commented Mark Berg of Torrot GasGas North America, Inc. Damon is planning on attending and competing in a wide variety of events throughout the year. “My plans are to have fun and be at the races with the enjoyment of being with the fans, family and friends again, that is what I miss the most, the competition and the people.” Damon continued to comment “I have been watching Torrot GasGas new management and direction for the last year now and very excited at the possibilities we can do together moving forward.”

DAMONbradshaw1991Damon Bradshaw 26 years ago on Team Yamaha.

In addition to racing, Mr. Bradshaw will be working with GasGas to create some special events for youth involvement and support media events in the months to come.  “We strongly believe in grass roots promotions and keeping the wheels turning with the young people out there. There is no better way to help grow the sport than by having a person like Mr. Bradshaw working with us to promote GasGas and off-road to the masses.” Mark Berg continues “the numbers show, riders of off road competition are getting older on average and all the manufacturers need to do our best to keep the interest alive and to spread the excitement and fun of off-road to the younger demographics.”

Made in the USA, the retainer is crafted out of aerospace grade 5052 aluminum. Titanium bolts are included and replace the OEM/stock hardware. The spark plug cap retainer is easy to install and available in anodized stealth black or limited edition purple. It fits the 2014-2017 Yamaha YZ250F and 2010-2017 Yamaha YZ450F. WORKS CONNECTION EZ OIL DRAIN SYSTEM for 2017 CRF450R/RX

Performing an oil change on the 2017 Honda CRF450R or CRF450RX can be a challenge to complete without making a mess of things due to the large diameter of the oil drain plug. The $37.95 CRF EZ Oil Drain System meets this challenge head on with its simple to use adaptor/hose/clamp design. Just lay the CRF over, with the throttle end of the handlebars on a bike stand, remove the oil drain plug, thread the oil drain system into the oil drain hole and stand the CRF back up. SUPERCROSS TV RATINGS UP 21% OVER LAST YEAR

ReliantStadium.jpgPress release: Feld Entertainment is proud to announce a significant television ratings increase. As of past Saturday’s race in Seattle, Monster Energy AMA Supercross, a FIM World Championship, is up 21 percent year-over-year through thirteen races. Fueled by a deadlocked 450SX Class points race between Ryan Dungey and Eli Tomac, specifically the Saturday, April 1, 2017, live broadcast from St. Louis helped propel FOX Sports’ FS1 to the top ratings spot among all cable sports networks in prime time, while posting an impressive 50 percent increase among the coveted 18 to 49 year old demographic.

“At a time when traditional stick and ball sports and other motor sports television ratings are on the decline, these Monster Energy Supercross television ratings are of particular significance, especially when you look at our dramatically higher penetration within the 18-49 segment,” noted Nicole Feld, Executive Vice President, Feld Entertainment. “However, increased television ratings paint only part of the success picture for Monster Energy Supercross in 2017. Attendance is up over 10 percent year-over-year, digital engagement across platforms is at an all-time high and fan demand for the brand’s new pay-per-view live offering is exceeding expectations, with international fans streaming Supercross telecasts in 109 countries outside of North America.” Beyond television, Feld Entertainment motor sports has been increasingly committed to creating new content and improving the variety of ways fans can engage with the sport and the Monster Energy Supercross brand. These efforts have led to a 20 percent increase in traffic to SupercrossLIVE.com, a 90 percent increase in YouTube views and a 25 percent increase in overall social network audience size, since the start of the 2017 season this January.
