There is no doubt that Jeremy Martin was more than fast enough to win the 2021 AMA 250 National Motocross Championship, but only if he hadn’t missed races and been riding injured. Even so, Martin had clawed his way back from a giant points deficit to move into third place in the 250 series with only six motos to go. No, he wasn’t in the position to win the title, but he was stamping his name as the “man who shoulda, coulda, woulda” won. Unfortunately, while chasing Jett Lawrence on the last lap of the first moto at Crawfordsville, Jeremy landed hard, was bucked off and ended up with a broken left wrist.
