THE PLANET’S BIGGEST RETRO MOTOCROSS FESTIVAL: VETS MX DES NATIONS

It’s one of the most historic motocross tracks on earth and every year attracts thousands of riders from world and AMA champions to local heroes. With every bike racing made in the last millennium, there are everything from genuine factory two-strokes and four-strokes to home-made specials. Team USA’s Mike Brown (2), Ivan Tedesco (2), Doug Dubach (3) and John Dowd (4) took on some great names like ex-world champion Steve Ramon (11) and MX of Nations winners Ken DeDycker (9) and Kurt Nicoll (7), as well as Gordon Crockard (22) in the team races. Mike Brown won 8 motos in row. With almost 1000 entries it is the biggest party in Britain as the vintage motocrossers on vintage bike try to be King of Farleigh Castle.
