Most SoCal racers are happy to stay where they are, race every weekend and enjoy the good life in sunny SoCal. They see no reason to travel outside of Southern California to race because the Los Angeles area has over ten different racetrack within a couple hours drive (Cahuilla, Glen Helen, Perris, Starwest, Comp Edge, Racetown, Piru, Pala, Gorman, Av Motoplex, Barona Oaks and Milestone).
