THE WHOLE NIGHT BOILED DOWN TO 20 MINUTES: HEATS, LAST CHANCE, 250 EAST/WEST & WEBB’S DETERMINATION
Everybody tried to put a fork in Cooper Webb in Salt Lake City, but they didn’t have the pace to keep Coop behind them. He was the most deserving rider of the 2021 AMA Supercross series, thanks to his impressive charges late in the 450 mains. Oh yeah, he also won twice as many races this year than his closest competitors (with eight wins). Ken Roczen finished second for the season and he was a more than worthy contender until he fell apart in the last three rounds. Still, he was the best of the rest.
Colt Nichols was took the 250 East crown, while his Star Yamaha teammate Justin Cooper owned the 250 West.
