WATCH AUSTIN FORKNER PAY DYLAN FERRANDIS BACK FOR PAST TRANSGRESSIONS IN SLC-5

For a change, Austin Forkner was the cat and Dylan Ferrandis was the mouse. In past battles Forkner was always leading , while Ferrandis was behind him and the outcome was always the same—the Frenchman would blow Forkner over a berm to go on and win.

This week in Salt Lake City, the roles were reversed. Ferrandis was the hunted and it didn’t take long for Forkner to cut across the inside of banked hairpin and body slammed the current 250 West points leader off the track. Forkner would go on to win, while Ferrandis regrouped to salvage a second place and keep a slim 7-point lead—this will all be resolved on June 21 when the 250 East/West Challenge is held. Until then, the 250 East riders take the stage on Wednesday , June 17.
