WATCH TIM GAJSER’S BIG DAY AT THE MXGP OF FINLAND IN UNDER 8 MINUTES

Honda’s Tim Gajser clinched the 2022 MXGP championship in Finland (his fifth World motocross title). Tim joins other stars who have won at five titles, including DeCoster, Geboers, Jobe, Smets and Herlings. However, Gajser did not win in style, instead he finished 6-7 in his motos to make sure he clinched the title with France and Turkey yet to go. Gajser got the 2022 450 World Championship, but Yamaha’s Glenn Coldenhoff won the Finnish GP with a 2-1 score. It was his first win in two years. Jeremy Seewer was second and Maxime Renaux was third. It was a Yamaha sweep of the 450 podium.

In the 250 class KTM’s Tom Vialle went 2-1 to win the Grand Prix of Finland—narrowing the gap between him and 250 points leader Jago Geerts to 15 points with two races to go. Jago Geerts went 1-7
