STARTING POINT: “At 19 years old, I took a part-time accounting job in a machine shop. Our customer base at the time was mostly large aerospace companies. A few years later, we saw the need for a new product. We began designing and machining triple clamps. It was great to be an instrumental part of this new business direction and promoting the Applied Racing brand.”

THE JOB: “Since we are a small company, I have many responsibilities, including office management, sales management, marketing and graphic arts, just to name a few. I would have to say my favorite part of the job is the riding, of course! I will usually get to ride new bikes before the general public and test brand-new products. I am no pro, but I love riding. I can feel the difference in our triple-clamp offsets, which gives me the ability to explain the benefits to our customers.”
