DREAM JOBS: LIVIN’ THE LIFE YOU LOVE

Bryan-Sherman

STARTING POINT: “I started in the motorcycle industry by racing my R6 at the local drag strip. I raced against Curt Leaverton, who had a cool drag bike. After talking with Curt, I discovered he was the CEO of Hot Cams and was looking for a draftsman. I interviewed at Hot Cams the next week and started as a draftsman. After eight years of learning the trade from some of the greatest cam designers in the world, I was given the opportunity to take over the Hot Cams design aspects.”

THE JOB: “My job is to take factory-designed engine parts and use my knowledge to make them perform better. I’m driven to make an engine perform to its maximum. On a day-to-day basis, I dissect engines, measure everything inside the engine, use computer software to design new lobe profiles, make machine prints, and dyno-test all of Hot Cams’ products.”
