STARTING POINT: “I am third generation born into motorsports. I grew up riding trials and enduro. I went to law school, but soon learned it wasn’t for me. I became an independent rep for companies such as Fox, Acerbis, No Fear and Spy. I did that for about four years before I moved to Honda for a DSM position.”

THE JOB: “I have known Ricky for years. I would help him and his mom with sponsorship deals and contracts when he was just turning pro. As Ricky’s career got bigger, my role grew with it. When Ricky retired from motocross and started his car racing career, I took over the Ricky Carmichael brand. Today, that job involves taking care of existing sponsors and finding new ones, organizing all the Ricky Carmichael University events around the world  and a laundry list of other things I have my hands in.”
