FORMER EMX 125 CHAMPION BRIAN MOREAU HEADED TO TROY LEE DESIGNS

Brian Moreau.

Rumors have been floating around since early summer that French racer Brian Moreau would be coming to America to race the 250 East/West Supercross series for the Troy Lee KTM team in 2020. The talented French rider was the 2017 EMX 125 Champion and raced last year’s 250 All-Star class at the Monster Cup going 4-4 for fifth overall.

Brian Moreau will join fellow Frenchmen Marvin Musquin and Dylan Ferrandis on the AMA circuit. French riders make the transition to the AMA better than most Euro riders because they want to follow in the footstep of Sebastien Tortelli, Jean-Michel Bayle, Mickael Pichon, Christophe Pourcel, David Vuillemin and Stephane Roncada. France is the only European country that has an active Supercross scene. We will have to wait for the official announcement.

The official KTM press release: Seventeen-year-old French rider, Brian Moreau, will make his full-time U.S. debut with the TLD squad riding aboard the #104 machine. Moreau, the 2017 European 125 Class Champion, placed fifth in the Amateur All-Star Class at the 2018 Monster Energy Cup, proving his potential in the highly competitive field.
