450 MAIN EVENT RESULTS

Eli Tomac just won his seventh Daytona Supercross.

Eli Tomac would grab the holeshot and the points leaders were side-by-side with Justin Barcia entering the mix. Several turns later, Cooper Webb made the pass on Eli Tomac and Chase Sexton was already knocking on his rear fender by the end of the first lap.

By the second lap, the sky was sprinkling rain and both Eli Tomac and Chase Sexton were jumping the whoops.

With 13 minutes left, things started to heat up as Cooper and Eli would make contact in one of the turns after drag racing through the sand.

Cooper had a slight bobble just before the long rhythm in front of the fans and would lose the first place position to Eli.

With 8 minutes left, Chase made a small mistake and attempted to defend his position from Justin Barcia making contact with the GasGas rider midflight and knocking Justin off the track.

Chase had yet another mistake stalling the bike and as Chase tried to get going again, his line would enter Barcia’s resulting in Justin going down in the turn.

Eli Tomac would win his seventh Daytona Supercross!
