IN THE REAR VIEW MIRROR: WATCH LAST YEAR’S WORLD VET MOTOCROSS CHAMPIONSHIP

The 2022 Dubya-sponsored World Vet Motocross Championship kicks off this Friday with a Vet-only practice on Glen Helen’s massive layout. There is a 70 mph start straight that sweeps into a 45-degree banked 180-degree first turn, quickly followed by a big uphill, whistling fast downhill, another big uphill and another downhill that blends into a sweeping off-camber elliptical turn before heading back into the canyon, over the hip jump,  up another big hill on the REM side of the facility and then back down to ground level for a roller coaster ride back to the start straight. It is designed to have lap times in the 3:00 minute range (with only the Pros cracking the three-minute barrier). This track is a test of skill, endurance and supressing giggles. The races start on Saturday morning, Nov. 5th  and continue on Sunday . If you’d like to see the test race from last Saturday on the World Vet layout Click Here
