SIX-TIME CHAMP JOEL ROBERT SUFFERS STROKE: DOING WELL

Six-time 250 World Motocross Champion Joel Robert suffered a stroke while on vacation in the south of France. Robert, 72, had a cerebral vascular accident (CVA) and is hospitalized in Montauban, France. Robert said, from his hospital bed that he got to the hospital very fast and the doctor recognized him because the doctor had seen Joel race many years ago. Joel will stay in France for two weeks before returning to his home in Lambusart, Belgium.
