250 OVERALL QUALIFYING RESULTS // 2024 SAN FRANCISCO SUPERCROSS (UPDATED)

250 OVERALL QUALIFYING RESULTS // 2024 SAN FRANCISCO SUPERCROSS

Timed qualifying is underway from Oracle Park in San Francisco, California. The weather has changed quite a bit from last weekend in Anaheim as the rain has been coming down throughout this week. Muddy conditions are expected throughout the evening, and teams have made all the necessary changes to tackle these conditions. Mud is a great equalizer and it will be interesting to see which riders will perform on the less than ideal conditions. Nevertheless, rain or shine we go racing and the riders who can keep themselves off the ground and find the best line around the track will succeed in tonight’s racing. Last weekend Julien Beaumer shocked a lot of people with his quick times in qualifying group B and after his results, he will now be in the A times qualifying session. Returning this weekend is last week’s winner RJ Hampshire who is a little bit more experienced than the rookies and has seen conditions like this in the past. Keep up to date on the qualifying results here.

The second qualifying session for the day has been canceled as the track conditions have deteriorated to the point where track crews have to rebuild to get ready for this evening.

RJ who was second in the first qualifying session found himself on the ground early as he slid up the face of a jump putting him over the bars. He was able to remount uninjured. He then put in the fastest time of the qualifier in the last few laps of the session.

Nate Thrasher returns to San Francisco after a scary crash in the main event at  Anaheim. He looked shaken up but bounced back with great qualifying times in session one in the mud of  San Francisco.
